Enter recent products in date order and keep an unknown layer marked as unknown. Add first-hand operator observations separately from product or sampling records.
The product owner confirms the sequence and unknowns
This sheet informs the specialists responsible for isolation, atmosphere and testing arrangements, ventilation, access and rescue provision. It does not prove that a tank is safe to enter or return to service. Those decisions require the appropriate site controls and competent checks for the vessel at that time.
When contents history suggests incompatible or uncertain material, keep that uncertainty visible in the job plan. The recovered waste planning page explains why mixing first and classifying later can create avoidable difficulty.
Operators can add first-hand observations such as unusual settling, odour or a recent change in emptying behaviour. Label these as observations and keep them with the correct tank record. They help the contractor decide whether sampling or a closer site review is needed; they do not replace verified product information.
